Consultations, Deposits &  Payment

To secure an appointment a redeemable deposit is required.

For a consultation a payment of £50 will be charged to your debit or credit card at the time of booking to secure the appointment. Your consultation fee can then be redeemed against the value of any future treatment within 28 days of the consultation.

For treatments not requiring a prior consultation, a deposit of £50 will be charged to your debit or credit card at the time of booking to secure the appointment. Your deposit can then be redeemed against the value of the treatment.

 

Appointments

If you are unable to attend your appointment for a consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellation of a consultation within 48 hours of your appointment, or if you do not attend the appointment, will result in the loss of your consultation fee.

We will always endeavour to maintain your pre-booked appointment time. However, we cannot always promise this due to events outside our reasonable control, operational or technical reasons. We therefore reserve the right to change the date of your appointment for any reason. Any appointment rescheduled by Fox Medical Aesthetics will be rebooked as soon as mutually agreeable. If rebooking in a mutually agreeable timeframe is not possible, we will refund any advance payment you have made for Services that have not been provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or delay a consultation or treatment if the practitioner does not think you are medically fit, are not suitable for treatment, or if they believe it is in your best interest for medical reasons or otherwise.

 

Suitability for Treatment

We cannot treat any patients who are under 18, with the exception of some skincare products and treatments with parental consent. No injectable treatments can be given to clients who are pregnant or breast-feeding.

A consultation is required prior to any medical non-surgical aesthetic treatment. A cooling off period for clients post consultation is recommended. This period allows for reflection upon key information and the proposed treatment. The cooling off period varies case by case and you are free to change your mind at any point.

We will always assess suitability for your chosen procedure, prior to any treatment being carried out. If following the pre-assessment, we consider that for clinical reasons it is not appropriate to proceed with your proposed treatment, we will discuss this with you and inform you as to the reasons why.

Please note that if we feel that treatment is not appropriate, we have the right to decline to treat.

 

Pricing and Payments

Please refer to the website or ask in clinic for consultation and treatment prices. We ask that you make payment via card or contactless payment where possible. All treatments planned as a course or package must be paid for in full, prior to the treatment being given, or a payment plan agreed.

 

Refunds

Fox Lab Aesthetics will not provide refunds on treatments that have been provided in good faith or refunds on treatments if the patient has had an adverse reaction to treatment.

 

Return Policy

At Fox Medical Aesthetics, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide an exceptional product and purchasing experience. Please take note of the following return policy details:

1. This return policy applies exclusively to purchases made through our website, Foxmedicalaesthetics.co.uk

2. Returns for Online Purchases:

   • You have the option to return any unused and unopened product within 30 days from the shipment date indicated on your invoice.

   • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@foxmedicalaesthetics.co.uk. You’ll need your order number and email for the process. In the email please confirm the items you wish to return, provide the reason, and include any additional comments.

3. Return Authorisation and Shipping:

   • If your return authorisation is granted, it is the customers sole responsibility and cost to return the items via post to the clinic address. We recommend signed for delivery and take no responsibility for items that are not sent via tracked delivery.

   • Once we receive the item(s), you’ll receive a Return Confirmation email.

   • Pending review, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

   • Samples are not eligible for return.

4. Processing Time:

   • Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit process to reflect in your account.

5. Additional Assistance:

   • If you encounter any difficulties, our team is here to assist you. Expect a response within 2 business days.

6. Exceptions:

   • Items received more than 30 days after the purchase date or those that have been opened may not be returned.​

 

Liability

Fox Medical Aesthetics Limited will not be liable for any type of financial loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other specific, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

Clients are required to read and sign the relevant consent forms electronically prior to treatment. We cannot provide any treatment without your prior written and verbal consent.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that Fox Medical Aesthetics are provided all relevant medical history and medication details prior to each treatment. Fox Medical Aesthetics will not be liable for any damage that occurs because of the client’s failure to disclose their medical history or conditions.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Fox Medical Aesthetics regarding the care of a treated area.

 

Policy On Children

We do not accept children (under 18) into the clinic unless they are supervised by a friend or family member. If you do attend the clinic with a child, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

Your right to complain

If you wish to make a complaint, please put your concerns in writing. We will acknowledge all written complaints within two working days. We will respond in full within twenty working days or otherwise provide a written explanation as to why the response is taking longer and when a response can be expected.
